Spun polyester hose yarns are manufactured by spinning together polyester fibers of lengths between 38mm – 44mm. Yarns of counts between 6’s and 10’s can be manufactured in white, blue or black colours. These yarns can be doubled if required. Our spun polyester yarn is tested for strength, shrinkage, colour fastness (in steam & boiling water), thickness, adhesion, elongation and twist. We also manufacture poly-cotton yarns for jacketing fabrics and meta-aramid fabrics for the reinforcement of silicone hoses under our group company GD textiles Pvt. Ltd.
